Clinical surgery involves thoughtful clinical examination of cases. it involves attentive history taking, patient clinical examination. The latter involves careful inspection and tender palpation to make a clinical diagnosis. A pictorial is hereby created with good quality high resolution photographs, which speaks all. These are called 'Spotters'. A concise presentation of history adds to these photographs. This way of tutorials to students, I call as "Pictorials'.
