Karan malhotra is a middle aged rich doctor who has lost his wife and again he marries glamorous lady riya who loves to live lavishly throwing Karan's hard earned money in clubs and parties and this was the only reason she married an elderly man like karan.riya has a younger sister Natasha with whom she plans to marry Karan's younger brother raj and in order to grab Karan's property.one day raj suddenly shocks everybody when the introduces shabnam as his wife.riya strives to create misunderstanding and differences between brother but bungles, as Karan doesn't object about raj and shabnam's wedding.riya keeps on harassing shabnam to remove her from raj's life but never suceeds.riya keeps on doing miscreant activities and when it doesn't work. Finally she seeks the help of a sorcerer who makes raj condition worse.as he inherits and get involved in bad habits. moreover, raj also became enemy of his own brother Karan who treats him like his son. Then a sorcerer does black magic on shabnam, due to ray's demand, but again his outcome is nil. Ultimately, all the problems get solved when sailani baba enters the frame and punishes Riya; consequentally she becomes ugly.at the end riya realizes her sins and the film complete with happy ending with a quawali on sailanni baba.
