The adventures recounted in my memoire -- riding through cultural storms as an American of Indian descent, securing partnerships with world renowned dance professionals and dancing with them on national and world stages -- would surely interest the public, as evidenced in the popularity of the series, "Dancing With the Stars." Potential and current ballroom dancers will gain insights from the experiential knowledge I gathered over the last 17 years (progressing from beginner to "Rising Star" level) from the best in the field as well as through independent research on professional-amateur (pro-am) competitions in American and International styles and theater arts as well as popular social dances. As a mature and seasoned dancer, I seek to inspire adults of all ages to discover their own potential in dance or other areas, my message being that age is a limit only if we make it one.
