Who tortured this young man with such brutality, and then left him on the frozen ground, alive and alone, to wait for the blizzard to finish him off? No one has admitted knowing him. No one seems to care. No one knows why he had to die. except his killer. Chief Noah Drinkwater and his Fairhaven officers are determined to find the answers to those questions.
