This book is an interdisciplinary technical publication that is part of the conceptual framework inaugurated by Chomsky's generative grammar and Eric Lenneberg's biological studies of language. The basis of this book can be found in the second part, which includes the academic contributions of a select group of professors from different geographical areas (Colombia, Brazil, Spain, France and China) who, at the invitation of the editors in 2017, participated in the Editorial project as a tribute to Eric Lenneberg and the fifty years of the Biological Foundations of Language (1967-2017). It is accompanied by two complementary sections. A first that provides a biobibliographical sketch of Eric Lenneberg. The other section is comprised of the Spanish translation of three articles, plus a note and review from the Biolinguistics magazine, Special Issue - 50 Years Later: A Tribute to Eric Lenneberg's Biological Foundations of Language, Vol. 11 (2017) .
