This is the fourth book in the series that follows the strange lives of the people who have benefited from the delivery of a case full of scientific papers by a stranger. The papers in the Case contained all the information that they needed to make a start on their various enterprises. They gave them powers that astounded even them. As they have developed the papers they find that it leads them eventually to carry out a number of major and variable tasks to try and help mankind: They have caused an overbearing local council to cease their attempt at power struggle: They have caused sea erosion on a number of coasts to end: They have saved a cruise liner, almost lost at sea and also a sea going Ferry from foundering: They have prevented a train crash: Removed irradiation from two nuclear damaged sites, one in Japan and one at Chernobyl in Russia; They have been able to stop what appeared t be war, but was in fact a gangland fight between groups in Spain and Morocco. Their efforts have in general met with both success and compliments from the people who they have been saved by the group only known as the 'Cosy Appeal Group'. That was arrived at quite simply being the use of the word 'Apocalypse' as an anagram to give them 'Cosy Appeal'. For the people in the other dimension who had given them the case of papers, they were also delighted with what they achieved. This fourth book then just continues their work to save mankind.
