Kropki Sudoku is a variation of regular Sudoku, but arguably much harder! The solution follows regular Sudoku, ie digits 1 to 9 appear just once, horizontally, vertically and in each 3x3 sub-grid. The rules are straightforward, even if the solutions aren't!If the difference between two numbers in neighboring cells equals 1, they are separated by a white dot. Therefore possible number pairs are 1&2, 2&3, 3&4, 4&5, 5&6, 6&7, 7&8 or 8&9. If a number is half the number in a neighboring cell, they are separated by a black dot. Therefore possible number pairs are 1&2, 2&4, 3&6 or 4&8. The dot between the numbers 1 and 2 (which obey both rules) can be black or white. If there are no dots between neighboring cells then none of the above number pairs are possible.
