Imagine that right now

your doorbell rings and on the

the moment you open the door,

there is a depressed person and

negative. We already imagined that.

Now this happens again

moment, you already said goodbye to that

someone else and the

doorbell and you open the door.

You realize there's a person

joyful, happy, smiling, totally

positive in front of you. What

I want you to analyze in this

moment, was what that

person.



Think of the two people

different.

Think about the details,

how was her smile, how was her

look, how was the contact

visual.



"Please think of both

people in detail. "



I want for 30 seconds,

act like the depressed person,

as the negative person I want

that you embody it. I want the

feel. I want you to change that

tone, that you lower your gaze, that you feel with that effect of

negativity.



"What do you think happens when You do that?"

"What do you think happens in your mind?"



How do you think it affects your level of energy, your level of concentration, your level of ability

learning? How do you think that

change your whole life in that

moment?



What you are not understanding is

that with all the negativity that

you are consuming every day and

with all this cloud of anxiety that

you got into your head, you are

limiting your potential.
