Hope! Klepta learned her parents are alive and were sold into slavery. She must go to the slave markets of Sier Irip, on Volcano Island, to see if she can find her parents. The Blue Minotaur, the crime lord Juba, and Zanzybaar the Manding Recovery Agent stand in her path. A necromancer, a summoner, power hungry warlords and the dwarves of the volcano are power players that influence her mission. She finds a friend in the Healer Paxitrassis and an ally in Rann of Kerch. Klepta must use every resource at her disposal and will need some luck to survive the jungle, the volcano, the undead and the Chakas of Kinzip Nu if she wants to save her parents.
