You may, or may not, have read Rob Bury's first book of poems called "Red Socks at the Weekend" about the early trials and tribulations of himself, his wife Annie and their three sons Tom, Ben and Nick. Well, life has moved on since then and this is his second book of poems about another passion, this time golf, a game he has played since the age of twelve, which is now over sixty years. In his retirement he has the time, the inclination and, luckily, the physical health to continue playing the game and this book relates some of the incidents which have occurred over the last twenty years during his membership of a couple of clubs in the Bournemouth area.
