Finding good fried chicken and country food comes up a lot. Health food stores are a beacon as well. Some trips are flights, airbnbs and hotels. Others are travelling in the van and camping. The majority of the last trips are in Mr. Campy's, the 1977 serro scotty camper bought in Florida. Natural springs are a bonus. The author is a rock hounder and is always looking for crystals and gems along the sides of the roads and in mines. Lots of bike rides are taken. This book is an escape. Regular road trip incidents happen. Travelling is a hassle but this author can't stop doing it. The alternative title was going to be Staying home is so much easier.
