Depression is now the number one cause of mental illnesses and suicide deaths all around the world. It is also the main cause disabilities due to persistent feeling of sadness, feeling down or loss of interest in our daily activities. In this book; I share my experiences and encounters with depression which were triggered by pain and anxieties due to deteriorated body health and surrounding environment. The many times I came close to take my life and the times I was able to talk myself out of suicide. How the environment shaped my daily lifestyle, the attitude I have towards life and the overall perspective I have on living.
