In this book I talk about trauma and forgiveness, the different ways to understand old or recurring patterns, how to recognise oneself amidst it all and secure a place in a brand new reality eventually. In this book I have been honest about my personal accounts in recent and juvenile history, as well as what I believe it takes to transmute trauma societally and globally through it´s roots and it´s mechanics. Trauma has deep roots, ones we cannot see: it is ancestral, it is societal, it is historical, and yes, we remember everything through our own DNA. I have featured 222 unconscious drawings and one self-portrait in this book which have helped me go through some hard to understand situations. These drawings have helped me gain clarity and understanding of my world and my inner being: What happened, how and why, and what cause and effect sparked these events off in my life and perhaps many others. I hope this book is of interest to you and that it helps many other people seek better ways to find and clear their karmic residues, once and for all.
