Merindilogun and Ifa are oracular systems upon which the Ancient Laws or Odus governing the religion and culture of Orisa practitioners are based. these Laws serve as the fundamental cultural principles that determine an accurate pattern of relationships among people, places and things relative to your everyday living. The Folktales illustrated in this book bring characters to life as they reflect these Ancient Laws by providing meaning to the morals of the stories. These morals color new perspectives of self worth and attitudes of well being which the Ancients call, IwaPele.
