They canoe and portage from lake to lake, sit under a waterfall, and paddle board on the water surrounded by the beautiful loons swimming, diving and calling to each other. But suddenly there is a change, and the group that grew so close all week now begins to suspect each other when one of them is dead. This seminar is about enabling yourself to effortlessly recognize and create what's next, rather than repeat old limiting patterns of behavior. Find peace of mind and well-being by viewing your actions within a non-judgmental framework, allowing for honest self-observation without self-reproach. Simple recognition of behavior patterns or beliefs is often enough to facilitate a change without having to 'work on' them as problems.
