Speaking Light into Darkness consists of fifty poems divided into three chapters. The first chapter is called S. A. D which stands for sadness, anxiety, and depression. Most of these set of poems was written when I was in darkness. If you are experiencing symptoms of depression, please seek help!The next chapter is called Speaking Life. These sets of poems are meant to bring you life where sadness and death were! The last chapter, Light Up Your Darkness, gives you ways to change your dark life around! I encourage you to share this book with someone else to bring some light into their world.
