It further looks at the role of the medical profession and its readiness in dealing effectively with stress related ailments based on personal experience going through depression myself. Pat in this book further addresses time tested fundamental principles that gives guidance and serve as springboard for anyone who is actively engaging in the project of productive life, growing up in the rural home lands of South Africa i have seen quite a number of my friends that i grew up with not making good progress in life and the question that always remained with me is "What are the things that one need to be saying and drumming into the ears of new generation around dinner tables and over a bottle of wine that will make them better and progressive citizens of this God's green earth? ".
