Kelli Parsons moves to Seaside with Charlie, her black Great Dane for a fresh start. She begins her career as a first-grade teacher, but in spite of her wishes, her past follows her. She has won numerous awards including the RITA Award and the Carol Award. She teaches at writers conferences across the country. She lives in southeast Pennsylvania in Amish country and enjoys her family, her friends, reading, movies, traveling, and eating out (even if she has to go by herself).
