After the death of her youngest son in February 2004, while trying to make sense of it all this author took a walk she was feeling forsaken, hurt, angry and alone as you can only imagine, she was not only grieving the loss of her son, she was also grieving the death of her marriage as well. With all HOPE seemingly lost, as she was walking that day, she was thinking to herself, I was gonna be a Mom for two more years God... she felt as if she'd been fired from her job when her son Jake moved in with Jesus that day. The burning question she had of the Lord that day (rather tersely I could add) so, what exactly is my job description now? Immediately she heard his still small voice say "to know me more". The author was suddenly filled with great delight as the Lord spoke these few simple words, "to know me more"! She now had a new job description as well as the will and determination to persevere! "to know him more", ahhhh... though she had no clue what that really meant, she began to embrace that destiny and has, from that day to this! The author continues to seek "to know him more" and invites you to come along while you yourself discover what gave her HOPE to not only continue living after the devastating losses, she invites you to tag along on her journey so that you too can be inspired "to know God more" resulting in living a life of freedom, wholeness and HOPE so that you too may "know him more"!
