In this book, we have explored and continued the course pioneered by my mother, the grandmother of the co-authors, the path to a happy life and a happy family in material, mental, and collective fashions. All branches of knowledge are connected together, because the subject-matter of knowledge is intimately united in itself. Furthermore, the global conscious intelligence can only be achievable via active deep mind with due diligence. In that, my mother had done well. The book is the second of our book serials of "Language-Data-Intelligence-Mind-Brain." We are compelling to elucidate the all well harmonic human life, together with sleep, pain, medication, and the total integrity, which has been elucidated clearly and eloquently, in terms within science domain and beyond. Those studies and discussions are very revealing: e.g., we have given our insight on topics like whether it is necessary to give anesthesia to the fetus' and newborn's: from the creation of human, the answer is beyond a faint mind's comprehension. Distinguished scientist; seasoned physician in both medical sciences and Traditional Chinese Medicine; principal engineers in artificial intelligence, big data infrastructure, networking, and applied machinery; bright talent studying in prestigious ivy campus; media expert in modern information platforms; have all thrown their heart and soul endeavors into this program. Sharpen with modern sciences and technologies, equipped with deep understanding in both current medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine, we have explored many classic topics on the life science, well-being, as well as the emerging social movements.
