This is a book of poems, that tells the story of my life. The challenges that I have faced with abuse and neglect. These poems are how I feel in the moment looking back at a reflection of the torment and anguish that I have felt for many years. I wrote this poetry book to reach out to anyone that is suffering from abuse, neglect or mental illness. I here to say you are not alone, don't be afraid to speak. I'm am going to use this book to help break the code of silence, to help with anyone that feels they want an end. I do have to warn that the images in this book are real as well as the poems. With that said please take note that illustrations are real and might be disturbing. Parental Discretion is Advised.
