The topic of this book a Select Few, was vaguely mentioned in Cyber Kill the second book of the Cyber trilogy. It opens with less than an hour before the polls close for the 2032 Presidential election. The leading candidate force to run as an independent after his party shunned his campaign. He has devised ways to work around the political machine in order to do what the people of the country believe is right. His Vice President yet unnamed has more than 30 years serving the government but not a single minute in politics. Both will work towards a common goal determined by the President with the President wanting no knowledge of what was done, too be able to disavow in the eyes of the citizens. The story is like a coin with two head as both the President and Vice President work towards a common goal by entirely different methods, both effective. Decide for yourself if you would take such a course of action.
