These are the very off-the-wall jottings of the slave of a very special whippet (or Pointy-Nosed Counter Surfing Bastard Hound) called Crumb. If you are a dog lover, particularly a whippet fancier, you will understand some of the nuances and mannerisms of my dear Crumb. If you hate dogs, this book is probably not for you. If you received it as a present and you fall into this category, may I suggest that you pass it on to someone who may appreciate the humour and irony expressed in this volume. If you are of nervous disposition, easily offended by bad language, irreligious ideation or by irreverent references to television personalities, move down the shop and look under Barbara Cartland or Enid Blyton. If you are able to read joined-up writing and a dog lover, you will just love this book. Well I hope that you do! Ask an adult to buy it for you and don't be caught reading it. Your parents may not approve (rude bits)! If you're 'of a certain age' or prone to 'leaks' make sure you're near a toilet as you could pee yourself laughing.
