This book is one of the resultants of a series of studies to attempt to understand the greater world of conflict and its management among business organisations. There exists a dearth of literature directly dealing and pertaining to the field of conflict management in India . This book address the research gaps in theorising conflict management by exploring various theories, models and assumptions, thereby synchronising and presenting before the reader.
