A good artist sees what others see then creates a unique version of it. A great artist creates a unique version then invites others into that vision to see what there is to see. I aspire to that goal and invite you into my poetry to see my vision. I believe who you are is more important than who you were. I hope my poetry helps you look back thru the chapters of your past and consider the ramifications of the decisions made by your younger self. The hardest lesson to learn is that life, itself, is a grindstone; it can wear you down or polish you up. It all depends on what you are made of. I write about what I see and feel. The demons within me, I battle daily. They penetrate my consciousness uninvited. My relief valve is my writing. I win a battle when I can imprison them, in black and white, on paper. Otherwise they scamper about and hide amidst the debris in my mind. This creates no end to the trouble and conflict of living my life as I wish to. I hope my perspective will help you, the reader, come up with answers to questions you haven't thought of yet.
