A soft breeze in the dark is a book of seven horrific short stories. Each chapter has its' own twist to it, that leaves you wanting to be told more of the story. Every main character has some sort of gift or ability, yet they are all special in their own right. Some chapters are quite dark and definitely straddle the line on what is almost too much, or inappropriate. You will get to know George, Brielle, Samuel, Lori, Nurse Kevorkian, Sylvester, and Raven a little bit better the more you read. These short stories all have a paranormal feel to them, and makes you wonder if the types of things spoke of in this novel, are possible.
