We all have that list, you know the one, the list of the dreams and goals you have always wanted to explore during your lifetime. But somehow, life got in the way and you inevitably had to put the list aside, longing for the day when you could pull that list out and start checking off the items. I have one of those lists and during a very dark time in my life, where I had lost my sense of self, that list became my life raft. Giving myself 12 months I decided to stop waiting for the right time to start and I began tackling those goals. The result of giving myself the time and space to try out these ideas changed my life forever.
