Anna Carlton was larger than most girls her age. Things at home were difficult for her but when she began kindergarten her life would become would turn upside down. She would become the target of school bullies from day one. Even worse, she would meet her best friend, Monica, who would do whatever she could to ruin Anna. Anna goes through her school years not only being mentally beat down by the other students, but in high school, she would have a new abuser. Becoming Anna details some of the abuse that Anna would suffer through while she learned how to love herself and to love others. It's a story of how one insecure little girls blossoms into a woman in control of her own life.
