I write in every book about my personal thoughts, feelings, emotions and experiences in my private life. As HSP, I have plenty of subjects to write and publish a book as I grew up in a family with the presence of the mental illnesses PTSD, (open and hidden) narcissism, codependency, gaslighting (cunning manipulation technique of hidden narcissism) and TPS. It is not difficult for me, as HSS, to write lyrics, because I let myself be free in my way of thinking and my way of expressing myself. I don't follow any special rules for writers. I've had enough rules in my negative childhood in a dysfunctional family. In this way, it is possible for me, like everyone else, to draw personal conclusions with the limited functioning of my brain and senses. Everyone draws his conclusions with the limited functioning of his brain and senses. After all, no one is perfect.
