Moscow Mules have been a favorite among cocktail drinkers that it had transcended borders and spirits. From the classic recipe of vodka, lime juice and ginger beer, it has evolved to using different spirits - tequila, rum, whiskey - and now, it crossed borders to the tropical side. As the summer is approaching, cold drinks are very nice to look forward to on quiet nights like this when movement is limited due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Pineapples are about the most popular tropical fruits because not only is it delicious, it is also very healthy and versatile to use. It can be eaten raw, made into juices, jams, flavorings and others. Here, pineapple juice is used to give a refreshing taste to the classic Moscow Mule.
