As the title suggest, this book is 'All About Me'..... It memorialises a significant stage in my life where I had to re-relearn to live, love, and let go - all over a short period of time. My life was significantly shattered as a result of living in a volatile relationship which resulted in domestic abuse and losing my mother and 'soul-mate' in death. At a desperate time when I was in need, I had to contend with less. My fight for survival had begun. Despite my challenges I've maintained a sense of humour that has given me the willpower to look on the brighter side and see the advantages this journey has now afforded me. My lived experience has taught me many positive lessons that I can use as part of my legacy to safeguard, protect and empower others. True happiness isn't about accumulating wealth, accelerating in a career, acquiring lots of friends - it's about investing in oneself first that in turn will promote a successful career, relationships and society.
