This book is a sequel to Life Before and After Death, an autographical account of a woman who experienced many psychic episodes over her lifetime. She was born into a Roman Catholic family and suffered from an early trauma. Because of the early abandonment experience, she suffered from anxiety and feelings of unsafety that led her to make poor life choices. In 1986, she stated meditating and in 1990 became a student of A Course in Miracles. These spiritual practices led to many experiences of a psychic nature that are described in the book. The emotional healing that took place over the years took her to a happier, more peaceful life and the ability to have love enter her life again.
