Trauma is something we all have seen, heard of, and sadly been through. All Trauma aren't as extreme as others, but they all have some type of effect. My purpose of this book was to shine light on trauma and show that you're not alone. I wanted to share stories of trauma that could encourage you to make changes, I want to encourage you to deal with your trauma accordingly. Most importantly I wanted to show that it can be overcome. All of the stories are true and come from people who have overcome trauma.
