Obligationrights (OR) Theory (O. T.) is an Agreement-based theory of Obligations. Obligations are mostly contractual. Direct, indirect or dolus eventualis-('legal intention')-intended acceptance, agreement, acquiescence (AAcq) of social relationalities; denying difficult-to-pin-down, slippery 'moral obligations' while asserting in their stead private or social creative consideration ('morals', 'ethics' respectively ) in all three OR relationalities, Private-Contractual OR (pc-OR), Social -Contractual OR (sc-OR) and Obligationright (OR). Obligation is prior to right, both in time and substance. 'No obligation, no right'. A right does not 'ground' or 'found' an obligation. Obligationless 'right' is a demandright (DR), i.e. a crude, rank, command, blackmail, donation or entitlement, an extortion, indulgence or a mere spes. A 'law' is a mere top/down/impositional decree/diktat/edict Statutory Procedure (t/d/i/dde SP) which deserves no 'obedience' from or of those unaware of it when it is not sufficiently reported to the citizens/sovereign. The 'state' is a phantom. But in emanation, the government, concealing guilty, unaccountable rat-lined detritus politicians behind/under the 'veil of state' with immunity-impunity. Zenocracy ('employment democracy') replaces 'representative democracy', at best a farce. Rulers are employees of the citizens/sovereign who exercise psychological control over them. Currently they are inefficiently controlled by elections. Each employee enters a pc-OR, agreeing with each constituency-member, to report, report, report what it intends to do, what it is doing, what it has done and what it is to do legislatively, even if limited to doing so on bills prepared by K-Street. If this pc-OR is beached any one of its citizens-constituents can haul it to an Areopagus - the new constitutional court - to be shamed or sacked.
