Along with men, women are also playing their full role in every field of life. Because I have worked as a solopreneur and have studied different types of business closely being a part of the Business Incubation Center, it was very interesting for me to see that how the percentage of women in business is increasing on a substantial basis in almost all the countries of the world. I was eager to learn, to what extent are they involved in different domains of businesses, what do they have in common, and what is the difference in their personality?What are the common aspects of their personalities that make them successful in business and what kind of obstacles do they face and how do they overcome these obstacles? I was very curious to know how the role of women in business started and how they have made their place as entrepreneurship in history.
