Heart Sounds is exactly what the title suggests, feelings so intensely personal you can hear my heart speaking directly to you. True poetry, in my opinion, is the act of exposing the thoughts of the heart for all to see, without apology, without excuse, and without fear of rejection. I also believe that true poetry can be felt in the readers heart, and should never leave the reader scratching their head wondering, "Now, what did the writer mean by that?"
