Most people can relate to having some health challenges these days where they need to find ways to incorporate healthy foods into their daily meals. I am one of those people. For years, I've struggled with thyroid disease and a few other health problems, which lead me to revamping my lifesyle and the food I eat...including desserts! Just because you eat healthy, does not mean you have to skip out on dessert! Many processed foods including box cake and brownie mixes have loads of chemicals and icky ingredients that I can't pronounce. What I do know is, many of these chemicals and fillers facilitate health problems. So, my goal was to find delicious, yet healthy dessert recipes, and I wanted a chocolate cake that actually tasted like the best chocolate cake I've ever had. Boy did that take a lot of recipe testing, and trial and error. That's why I'm offering up all my best recipes to you in this one game changing, healthy dessert cook book.
