The slow-carb diet was made in 2010 by Timothy Ferriss, writer of the book The 4-Hour Body.
Ferriss claims that it's successful for quick weight reduction and recommends that it is feasible to lose muscle to fat ratio by improving any of these three elements: diet, work out, or your enhancement routine.
