Unfortunately, many people hide their thoughts and emotions. Everyone has their own reasons, whether it is out of self-preservation, their trauma response, or whatever else it could be. It actually doesn't serve them at all, for expressing one's self is the beauty of what being human is all about. Allowing yourself to feel and process all of the different experiences that you have, good or bad, helps you become a stronger version of yourself.

I have always taken pride in my self-expression, even when it comes in the form of the changing seasons; especially the Wintery time of white snow and reflection. I find that different weather has always sparked a range of thoughts and emotions for me. That's what this little book is about. It's a combination of insights and realizations that I have had over the past couple of years that I have journaled while sitting on my beautiful porch; even in the Winter under a big blanket. I hope that you can resonate with some of them.
