In this book Guendalina approaches the concept of Gelassenheit in the hope of understanding the reason for the sense of insecurity and incompleteness which, as imperceptible reminders, make her question her ability to use the time. With the metaphor of water that shapes pebbles over time, a poetic narrative will lead the author, and perhaps the reader, to learn to wait, freeing themselves from the desire to be in control and opening to what might come. Starting with information-rich chapters, which almost leave no room for interpretation, this book will develop at a lighter pace while considers other works, where the reader can easily begin his own reflection; then ending with an almost stillness, the author personal reflection on the relationship with time and nothing more than a fragment of poetry as a conclusion, hoping to leave a complete openness to the viewer.
