Joie de Lens 4: The Heart of the Matter is part of my book series that is based on my blog of the same name. Part four (4) focuses on what is probably the most central issue in emotional resilience - what happens in the core of who we are (i.e. the heart). As with the other projects in this series, book four explores the ins and outs of developing an overcoming spirit, through beautiful poetry, heart-warming prose and lyrical photography. Each book is designed to be a literary oasis, offering springs of life to those who may be wearied by the in-built challenges of life; people in need of spiritual refreshment. All of the books in this series are written from a Christian perspective. The series expands on and adds to the content of the blog. The blog is still freely available online.
