My Emotions Globe 1. izdevums

Understanding emotions is crucial for children's well-being and development. When children learn to recognize and manage their own emotions as well as understand others', they gain a necessary toolbox to navigate through life. Emotional skills contribute to better communication, strengthen relationships, and develop empathy.
With My Emotions - How Are You Feeling? an understanding is created og how emotions arise, how they are expressed, and that the same experiences can evoke different emotions. Let the child play with the book's mirror to mimic the various facial expressions that show our emotions.
