The Business Judgment Rule in Danish Law provides a full overview of the Danish version of this legal doctrine, which is a turning point in most disputes regarding the liability of directors and officers in Danish companies. Søren Bergenser is a practicing attorney and holds a Ph. D. in law from the University of Copenhagen. He is also external lecturer at Aalborg University.
