La Chica de California Y Otros Relatos
John O'hara
For the first time in Spanish, this anthology brings together some of the best stories by John O'Hara. "Son" of Hemmingway and Fitzgerald, O'Hara wrote more stories than anyone else for The New Yorker and is one of the masters of the American short story. Equipped with a stinging sensitivity to the social stratification of the American classes, he gave birth to superb characters, among which are female portraits. His elliptical approach to his writing and the chilling and ambiguous ends marked a milestone of modern storytelling.
