What You Want Me to Say...
Douglas Gordon
Douglas Gordon offers a reflection on life and death in this retrospective of his work. He presents his work with a twist -- reviewing his career as an orbituary, as though he was already dead. The artist reviews his carrer to date in a catalogue in which friends pay him homage. It includes text, audio and video works, and reflects his interest in duality and in the theme of opposites: life and death, good and evil, positive and negative, past and future.
