The name of the book itself talks about the rebirth. The rise after the fall just like how Phoenix Bird burns itself into ashes and then rises much brighter, stronger and wiser. Just like how the Phoenix Bird is called the Mythological bird which no one has seen yet we talk about it. That's exactly the point there is is a lot of talking about the mental health yet less acceptance about it. Yes, we do talk about it on social media but what when you find your close one in the situation? We often talk only about the brighter side of life and not on the darker side. This book puts a light on the darker side of life. Things we don't often talk about. The Mythical Bird is a phase a journey of Healing. A Journey of Ups and Downs. A Journey about how things begin related to Mental Health. How it all starts with a constant feeling of emptiness which turns into overthinking and how that overthinking turns into controlling and suppressing all our emotions and how the cycle goes on. How sympathy doesn't work always at times rather than sympathizing we should once place ourselves into shoes of someone who faces all of it. Look at life the way they look at life. Just for once lets go inside each other's minds feel and understand their battles and look at things with each other's eyes.
