Mental workload is currently a reality in organizations in many countries, including Ecuador. The Mental Workload is related to the characteristics of the work, but also with the valuation that the person himself makes of his activity and with other factors among which Resilience is included. The relationship between Mental Workload and Resilience was evaluated in the workers of a financial institution, with a quantitative, correlational and transversal methodology. The population consisted of 200 workers and the NASA TLX questionnaire was used to evaluate Mental Workload and the Resilience Scale (ER) questionnaire to evaluate Resilience. It was obtained as a result that most of the studied workers perceive a high Mental Workload and the presence of a high Resilience in the studied population. It was possible to prove that there is a correlation between Mental Workload and Resilience, so an intervention program was developed to modify the results obtained.
