Faced with a rapidly growing market and the need to reduce working capital requirements, the business model is changing. The main objective of this study, carried out within the King Construction Limited Company (KC SA), is to provide a structured response to the following question: "What are the best financial practices to be developed within King Construction companies to enable good monitoring of working capital? This study aims to highlight the financing tools and good practices to be implemented in order to significantly reduce the need for financing (WCR) of the operating cycle in order to improve the profitability of the company KING CONSTRUCTION. To do this, we adopted a qualitative approach using an inductive approach, consisting of an analysis of the results of a survey which consisted of developing a diagnosis of the financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement) in order to analyze the evolution of the financial aggregates related to the operating cycle of King Construction, to interpret them in order to see their impact on the management and financing of the working capital.
