This monograph is devoted to an extremely important problem of today - the role of social infrastructure in improving the quality of life of the rural population. In spite of the fact that the work widely and thoroughly uses the data of specific sociological research of the state of social infrastructure and quality of life of rural population of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted under the guidance of the author, the scope of applicability of the main results of the monograph significantly exceeds the boundaries of Tatarstan experience.
