In the present work of investigation it will be found the diagnosis and identification on the pathological processes that are manifested in the perimeter wall of the Institution of Superior Education ITFIP. The different pathologies that occur along the fence, linked to natural processes, the construction process and a deficient maintenance process, without taking into account that these actions affect the work, and lead to the physical deterioration of the fence and could cause regrettable damage. Therefore, when characterizing the structure, immediate prevention and correction solutions can be implemented. The document will explain the pathologies that were detected in the perimeter wall, and will explain the diagnosis regarding the severity of each pathology identified.
